Terms of Service & API Agreement

1. Acceptance of Commercial Terms
By generating an API key, creating an account, or integrating AstroBlueve REST endpoints into any application, website, bot, or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.
2. Commercial API License Grant
Subject to your chosen subscription plan (Developer Sandbox, Starter, Professional, or Enterprise), AstroBlueve grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our REST API endpoints, invoke our Swiss Ephemeris 2.10.03 WASM calculation routines, and display the computed astrological outputs in your software products.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree NOT to:
- Sub-license, resell, or distribute raw API keys to third parties without prior written authorization.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying compiled Swiss Ephemeris WebAssembly binary or mathematical planetary algorithms.
- Perform denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed DoS attacks against AstroBlueve gateways.
- Use the astrological calculations for unlawful activities, harassment, or defamatory predictive claims.
Violations of this section will result in immediate API key revocation and account termination without refund.
